DEVELOPMENT CONCEPTS

MDA-Development has incurred much expense in in the infrastructure phase of this project which includes the roadway systems, selective thinning and removal of all diseased trees as well as  the removal of all logging and thinning debris for fire hazard reduction, design and development of water retention basins to capture the water from the existing artesian springs, and building pad development.  Much expense and effort has been made to ensure that this entire development remain as pristine as possible in a park like rural atmosphere.

Underground primary services such as the 14,400 volt primary electrical distribution system, transformers, telephone, and DSL broadband are currently in place and serviceable with a well engineered utility easement plan for the entire site.

MDA-Development's architectural concept is based upon low density, upscale and unique Japanese style architecture blended into a quiet  protected rural  environment.  The Boorman Peak Project consists of 100 acres total.  There will be a limited number of 5 acre parcels offered for DESIGN/BUILD resale investment opportunities.

It is MDA-Development's intent to design & build all structures as per Boorman Peak Development MASTER PLAN.  This will be phased, design, construct type format to suit MDA Development's and clients requirements.

MDA Development shall design and build all residential structures as well as all associated out buildings on the entire Boorman Peak Estates development.  All design and construction shall be completed by MDA Development and their approved contractors and subcontractors.

All existing artesian springs, retention basins/ponds, water rights, mineral and timber rights shall remain in MDA Development's possession and control.  MDA Development shall actively maintain control of any all utility and road easements for development purposes.  There are existing architectural covenants and restrictions in place which will be closely adhered to, allowing no exceptions.  MDA-Development's concern is to protect this development from the potential of any unforeseen rural blight that could occur and protecting the clients financial investment in this development.
